If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.
CHANGES IN SPAIN
You can make a change of size, model or color for each order placed completely free of charge .
To make a change of size, model or color follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number to hello@thehundredshoes.com indicating that you want to make a change to your order.
- We will go through your shipping address to take your new order and take the one you return to us.
- It is done. No commissions, totally free
The Hundred Shoes reserves the right not to admit more than one change free of charge for each order placed by the customer.
RETURNS IN SPAIN
To make a return of your order, follow the instructions below:
- Send an email with your order number to hello@thehundredshoes.com indicating that you want to make a return of your order.
- We will send you a label that you must print and paste on the brown packing box with which you received your order.
- We will pick up the order from the shipping address
COSTS
The Hundred Shoes is not responsible for the costs of the return (except if it is our error or in case of tare), but we will help manage it at all times. The transport costs assumed by the client related to the return of an order will be €4.95 per item that is returned. These costs will be deducted from the amount to be returned to your payment method.
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer is obliged to return the product in perfect condition, with the original and intact packaging and labeling, conveniently packaged in its original box and properly protected. The product to be returned must be in the same state in which it was received by the Customer.
REFUND OF THE AMOUNT
The Hundred Shoes will proceed to make the refund of the amount paid, once it has received the returned product and has verified its good condition. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order in our warehouses. All returns will be made using the same payment method used in the purchase.

If you wish, you can change and/or return your order within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receipt of your order.

SPAIN - If you want to change your size, model or color you must return the order/item you want to change and make a new purchase of the product you want to receive. To do this, follow the instructions above and buy the product for which you want to change your order through our website.
Please remember to write Att: RETURN AND REPAIR on the outside of the package to ensure a quick journey through any customs office it may pass through. Failure to provide this information may result in a delay in the return - and in the worst case the customs office will send the package back to your address.
